No... if they fire him for slacking off-He is not elegable for unemployment--and try to dispute it with the state board-Good Luck. Companys all across the country have as sophisticated a system to use the system as possible, he was given an employee handbook with all kinds of policys-that can often be vague--So they do a summary hit---They take some obscure trivial thing that EVERYONE does and selectively, arbitrarily target the certain people to get axed.
And something else that everyone needs to know about that is going on all across the country with UI recipiants and their malicious ex employers. The HR creeps are able to look back to the ex employees pre employment history and find lies about history-or information left out-deception. and they can then go aftre a ex employee drawing UI for frawd. In Texas it's a 2nd class misdemeanor. The average time amount is---The recipiant has been on unemployment for 4 mos and collected $6500.00, then all the sudden they get the letter from the DA---The sonofa*****es have filed frawd against you. you can go get a employment lawyer--which is just paying his fee as well as restitution and an average of 300-400 hrs community service. Who got this system setup--PRo Big Buisness REPUBLICANS who HATE unemployed people-The visable ones on the unemployment who do not make them and ther allies the state associaton of buisnesses -look good.
