Thumbs up When does the Footwell vacuum element open?
Are the footwells supposed to be open during Max Cooling?

Just did more vac troubleshooting on my '85 SD and cleaned up a pile of vac leaks. I have opening footwells when I switch to the middle function, and best I can tell is YES they are supposed to.

I was looking at 83-604 from the FSM. It's under Climate Control and ACC subgroup
