There are two catalytic converters on each side. Do you know which of the four you need? The front ones are smaller than the rear ones, I think.
The OE ones include the pipe, O2 sensor bosses and two converters. Here in Canada, price was just over C$600 for the part. About 1hr labour I think.
You can also get aftermarket pipes with converters. This link has almost all of them:
