Try levering on opposite sides of the low speed fan button with tiny screwdrivers. If you can get the button to come out, the other fan speed buttons may work. You can then clean the low speed button, maybe use some "303" on it, and put it back. It will pop off of its shaft if you are firm but gentle.

With the low speed fan button stuck in, the others won't work at all. You can have only one fan speed button pressed at a time -- low, auto, or high.

The lack of air from the center vents may be a vacuum pod problem, unrelated to the button problem.
