If I ever get enough ahead to retire, maybe I'll come and stay at your place a few days. My Dad has a small little fifth wheel and a pick up set up for it. I have an Army buddy in Sevierville, TN, so I could make a few weeks out of it. All this is predicated on whether or not gasoline will still be available that far in the future and cost less than $4 a gallon.
