drain it and pull it over onto it's side. That is how they deliver them...
They only weigh a couple hundred pounds dry.
However, once you get the bad water out -- also where does it drain to? -- why not clean it up and use it if it works. A six person tub is a few grand. Mine cost me $6500 back in 2002. When I sold the house the new owner insisted I leave it or the deal was off. I charged him 8k for it and he was happy - stupid, but happy
