Ok here's the final.

The fan motor quit.

The pin on the center flap took off some where in the lost world of 300D climate system. Lost and gone for ever.

Without the fan motor running the Evap temp switch got cold enough to shut down the AC unit to recycle mode. Make sense now?

Now all I need is a good pin to secure the center flap to the vacuum pod rod.


whew....... That was a close one. Nah I wouldn't trade her in.
