When the heat is turned on, I have heat coming out of the upper vents on the driver and passenger side.

Can someone tell me if heat is supposed to come out of the the two vents on the dash that are above the radio. No matter which controls I move, all I get is cool (unheated) air.

I'm thinking this may be a reason (vacuum leak in climate control system) the door locks work intermittently.
