In the 1st pic at the site below in the lower right hand corner you see #428; that is the kit that is being sold. It consist of 2 plastic valves, 2 springs and Copper washers.
It is just a matter of removing the Fuel Inlet Fittings and the Fuel Outlet Fitting and replacing the Valves/Springs back the way that they came out.
On a 123 300D it might be possible to do this while the Supply Pump is still on the Engine.

I barrowed jt20's pic from another thread and added arrows to show the fittings I believe need to be removed to change the valves.
