Brakes are squealing & I need to replace. Is this something a DIY'er can handle? Do I need any special tools? If so which ones? Also, need to tighten the parking brake. It goes right to the floor & pretty sure it doesn't do anything. I'm handy so I'm sure I can do. Comments please.
