You sure don't do any homework...your post couldn't be more wrong.

Lamda is an AFM measure and 1 Lamda is = to an AFM of 14.7:1 mass.
Just like 14.695 PSI is =to 1 ATM.
They are Engineering measures.

An 02 sensor is simply an Exhaust Oxygen content measureing sensor ..and that sensors signal, [ in Voltage] simply supplies the input signal to a Lambda AFM Controller. The 02 does not change the AFM, the Controller does.
So, it is a Lamda /Closed Loop system, where the Controller attempts to maintain Lamda [ 14.7 Stoich A/F mixture], using exhaust 02 content measures .
Lamda is not a 'Fancy Swedish" term for an 02 sensor...and your confusion is b/c a Lamda "Sensor " is an 02 sensor, only b/c it is part of a Lamda controlled system.
And a Lamda Controller is NOT an 02 sensor..it is just what it says it is ..a Lamda Controller.
