Just reach under there (after you've dropped the front pan that encloses the bottom of the engine compartment) and twist-left the socket and pull out and depress bulb, twist left and lift out of socket. Actually, this car has a small door under the bumper that has two cam type fasteners,turn them 180 degress and the door opens, then there is a cover that has a push lock, once opened there is a small wire clip that holds the base of the bulb in position, unclip this wire and the bulb comes right out. and of couse installation is in reverse.
