Who said it was going to be in your neighborhood?
I was thinking.......since you don't have a place to park your 300SDL inside, you could make a barge; build a big air conditioned garage\workshop on it. You could park is on any large body of public water.....then you would have a place OUTSIDE your neighborhood to strip parts, redo cars, and work on your "boat".
I think the potential
is there, TheDon. I know you could find an old barge around somewhere......
