The last, and only, time I emailed Phil with a question about parts, I didn't receive a reply. Admittedly, he wouldn't have made much money on my order, but maybe he would have made more money on my next order. Now I am undecided whether to purchase parts from him, or if I am wasting my time by communicating with him. So I emailed ********** with the same questions regarding the two small parts, and received a reply within 3 hours. I placed the order with them instead.
