Anyone else going though this at work?

My wife just got the details on hers. The old money stays in but
goes from CPI+3% to CPI+1% or 4% whichever is less. Going forward
she gets 6% of income and has the choice of how to invest it, like a 401K.

My pension is also changing but they have not released any specific numbers.
I am sure it will not be an improvement.
