Not sure on arrow.
The fan circuits are different on that model than on this post, so that had me do some searching.
But, the fan can be turned on by either the drier sw or coolant sw, so we will start with the drier sw and go from there. As yuo can see on the parts pic change, one version uses temp for the fan sw at drier and the later version uses pressure..I do not know which your uses , so check the pics against what you find you have.
Either way , the first test will still be to unplug that pigtailed senso when the fan is ON.
