Yeah, which has better handling and ultimate grip?

The 380se is pretty good at what is does, it just has noticeable body roll in tight, high-speed corners (freeway onramps, etc), but I have hardly ever been able to make the Bridgestone Potenzas on the car lose traction in a dry corner. How does the BMW stack up to the S-class?
