If its anything like my 190e, the buzzer box does everything involved with the door switches; lights, buzzers, seat belt warning, and some other stuff. What I did was take the box out, open it, and disable the the actual anoying noise makeing device.

BTW mine is located behind a panel under the hood release latch.
