That looks like D2 rather than oil to me. Invest in a can of brake cleaner, warm the engine a bit and then spray everything on and around the IP clean. Then check again after running the engine for an hour to see where the fuel is comming from.

Guesing its the DV's seals and/or SOV oring.

If DV's (and you havent done them before), ask for assistance first.
