I would put in a fresh battery and install the alternator and belt. The drain out the oil and put fresh oil and oil filter on her. Then change out both fuel filters and pre-fill them with some diesel purge or biodiesel. After you have changed out the filters you can pick up some fresh diesel and put the diesel hose inside a clean can to get it going. After you get everything up and running your going to need to drain the diesel tank, there is no telling how much water and fungus is in that tank.
