I read that in CA the bulk of the professionaly manufactured Bio Diesel is going to institutational customers like School Districts and Bus Lines and so forth.

Unfortunatly, this makes sense business wise. Better to sell a Tank Truck Full than to sell the same amount a 20 gallon Tank Full at a time.

The large bulk sales will put the Bio Diesel Industry on its feet. You will see locally when they are able to produce a surplus.
