This is really two posts, since I have had no luck with searching this forum.

What would be causing this problem? Car is a 1985 300D. If I rotate my temp dial on my CCU off of the MIN setting, I immediately receive really warm air in the cabin. Is this indicative of a faulty monovalve?

About searching; is there a search function that I don't know about? If I enter a phrase in the search box, I get so many matches to posts, that it takes forever to look at them all.

Any suggestions to these items?
