Yes, now we are talkin.
I believe it is a somewhat rare situation, but because it is possible to "live with it on IR-only" some folks may not be aware or not be squawking about it. Because it is not intermittent it should have a simple yet defineable fix.

Of course, if my dealer finds something I'll post it.
