Remarkably, the extractor I used went in about 1/4" and that includes the

chamfer on the extractor.

I was a machinist for 10 years, then rebuild machines, now I only have a

lathe and mill at home.

Makes it easy to make parts, + friend owns steel yard.

Well, and a mig, plasma, ac/dc welder for toys.

The real problem was only distance from home!
