On my last oil change, I discovered that the motor and transmission mounts on my 1995 E320 were worn out. Maybe coincidentally, I have noticed a slight thumping (like a small flat spot) coming from the left front tire. Are these two problems related?

Also, the rear diff is leaking (bushings)...is this imperative to repair right away?
