But in that price range, if you want it to be driveable on the highway, you are talking about something in the early 90s.
Of course, SOMETIMES, there are deals to be had out there......granted, since I bought my 2000 Dodge 2500 Cummins, I've rebuilt the transmission, installed new PCM, new crankshaft position sensor, and camshaft position sensor. None of that worked, so I then replaced the ECM which solved my issue --- well documented over at:
