Amend that to "pays the doc for a fatal diagnosis!"

I don't let my wife take me to doctors anymore. She's a bit of a tightwad. The last doc she took me to see wanted to clip my nails and worm me! She took me and the dog on a 2 for 1 special night. She did roll down the window for me though!
