..... A piece popped off (highlighted in red below) that I managed to temporarily fit back on, but pieces which help secure it cracked off which were plastic. So I think it will never sit properly again. It is also scratched and a bit cracked.





I tried forcing it out with a wrench but it is not budging at all. I tried loosening it up with some oil, nothing. It really seems rusted to there, and the car underneath seems to be rusting a lot in general.

If anyone has any suggestions or feedback, I'd greatly appreciate it
