My ML430 1999 some times will turn off by itself when idleing. Never when moving. If I press the accelerator on time then the car recuperates and it does not go off. It is happening about four times a week. Read a code P0100 (Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Malfunction). Do I replace the MAF unit? Any thing I should try before doing this? If I do end up replacing the MAF unit; could anyone suggest were I can find instructions?
