I see you have started working under the dash. Congratulations! You have the last year model allowed in the US with the original bumpers.

How long has it been sitting? That will tell you if the tank needs to be drained or not. You must consider not just the tank, but filters as well.

I suggest taking the belt off the compressor before starting - just in case the compressor/idle pully are frozen.
