Boge (Sachs) are OEM in some markets

After 100,000 miles puled my OEM Sachs off (one leaking) and replaced with Bilsteins. The Bilstein construction seems to be much better than even Sachs.

Back in the "Engineered like no other car" days, M.B. matched the suspension components on every car coming off the line. Why compromise this with cheaper struts?
