The top plastic spout is not replacable on the radiator, you need to replace the entire radiator. This was a MB design flaw and the replacement radiator's now have metal sleaves to prevent this problem from happening.
On the same note, Nissen makes a OE type MB radiator that is all metal, even the spouts. The partsbin.com has them for around $255 or so.
