Seriously I think if you are having issues with cr@ppy neighbors you need a nice big mean dog. Oh and I have resorted to laying trip wires all over an area a neighbor was using as a dog toilet even after I asked him to stop. After falling a few times into his own dog's -um- waste, he stopped using my property...
