I drained the fluid out of the pan and converter...However, I did not replace the crush washers with new ones.

I have drips from both outlets. Should I try to tighten a bit more, or should I get new crush washers? New crush washers would force a re-drain.. No big deal.

I am afraid to overtighten those screws.
