I can relate to that. I have mixed feelings about the stuff. Not sure why, but I don't like the NBA nearly as much as I did in the late 60s and 70s.

Either it's a function of greater maturity or the big bucks have made these guys jaded. Or who knows what. I do know they don't seem as admirable or as likable to me as they did back when.

I used to sit courtside, or nearly so in Seattle when I could sneak down to some empty season ticket seats. It's a bit of a rush to see those incredible specimens up close, moving with such grace and power.
