The headlight beams are different as per the headlights below.
Both off a W124 first is right hand drive, second is left hand drive.
There is a direction arrow to indicate the throw pattern of the lens.
Also the LHD lens is from Depo. You may see on the bottom l;eft of the image it says "LHD"





Both these lenses are for the left hand headlight from the front.
