I don't think so! You should have a 730 cap! If you have a 710 then you have a cheap 'merican replacement!

I don't know about the Pella but my Mity-vac can be persnickety at times regarding the pick-up tube. It's easy to push the tube past the oil pan bottom UP into a U-shape above the oil level. I always measure the dip stick, match the pick-up and then finagle it around just a little until I feel that slight "catch" which tells me I am at bottom.

You are using the pick-up tube and not just attaching to the dipstick tube, correct?
