Unless you have found some way to keep your Fuel heated when the Car is not being used your fuel system is full of thick fuel when you 1st start your car.

Just moving the Fuel through your Fuel Supply Pump and Fuel Injection Pump will heat it up a little. Thick Fuel must create a lot of friction in the system. This might explain why after it sat 30 min it started and ran OK.

How do you plan to start if it gets colder in your area?
