It may not be the Motor.
The little contacts in the switch/s get burned.
In the pic below all of the contacts need to be cleaned up the red arrow points to the worst one.
It also would not hurt to check you window fuses. The one it the pic looked good until I pulled it out of the Fuse Holder.
