Somehow I attracted "Big Fix" to my computer. Doesn't seem to be a problem and who knows, might could use it someday.

But I've noticed that whenever the Big Fix icon is flashing down on the accessories or whatever bar on the bottom right, I can't go into hibernation mode. When I clicked it while it was flashing most recently, it came back with some crap about their not being a problem. The why in the hell were you flashing the 'big fix needs to correct something' crap?

It's a long shot, but who knows, might be some other program or application half opened that needs to be closed first.
