Going NR usually results in a higher final sales price. But not always, I was biting my nails in sympathy. I don't think starting the bidding out is technically shill bidding, not when your top bid is 1/10th the sales price. Shill bidding is wrong!

Tyler, $250? With your reputation, I'm sure that was a serious offer. Shill bid...LOL!

I wonder if the buyer is someone we know? Might be our next Forum member.
