If you have 10K miles on the filters I would change them. This time of year is when you get lots of condensation in the tanks and that means water. It can collect in the fuel filter (low point) and that's why I change mine every year at this time of year to avoid that. You could also have stirred up some crud at the bottom of your tank by running it low on fuel which would also clog up the filter...start there and see if it helps, if not, then you might want to look at the tank screen.
