Back to the op. I completely agree I have seen countless people not admit "hey I F$cked up" Its hard to do I will admit but its the ADULT thing to do. There is a similar thread here in the forums about how "its not the drunk drivers fault...its the car manufactures fault." That is similar to "the gun killed people lets go after the manufacture!!!"

All of this leads to our current society of its not my fault, its someone elses...I did nothing wrong. No one is really an adult anymore, we all want someone to come and hold our hand and tell us its okay....its not your fault. Really the only thing we can do to help fight this is to instill in our kids/nieces/nephews, if you mess up admit its your fault, try to fix it and move on and learn a lesson from it.
