I was sued by a personal injury attorney. it did not go to trial but to a mediator. the mediation commitee was 3 injury attorneys and a judge, can you guess the outcome of that? luckily the lawyers somehow had access to my insurance, so they know just exactly how much to sue for and be able to collect.

funny facts from the mediation hearing.

the girl I hit (damage to a toyota camry was a truk lid only folded in about 12 inches. my truck was tall so it only affected the lid, no bumper or rear panel.) was about 5 feet tall and 180 lbs. on the stand, she testified that after the accident she could not longer teach arobics and run and play with the kids......

the doctor testimony, she had 5 doctors before the accident, said she did suffer from migraines before the accident, but they were in the back of her head, after the accident they were in the front.

yes she got awarded my insurance maximum coverage.

I too cannot wait to be hit, then it will be payback time.
