Unfortunately I couldn't search for the term "five" or "five-way" or 5-way etc. due to the systems search limitations. Fortunately Google was able to find a listing and I found the part number.

For the record and ya may want to record this part number somewhere...drum roll please.....the part number for the rubber 5-way vacuum connector is:

126-805-00-22

This part is used to connect the primary vacuum hose from the brake booster to the vacuum reservior/door lock system and to the EGR system. The rubber gets hard, leaks and sometimes will leak due to a split. Its used on my '84 123 and most of the 5 cyl diesels.
