This is a dealer only part OR special order through PeachParts.com (this website).

This part is used to connect the primary vacuum hose from the brake booster to the vacuum reservior/door lock system and to the EGR system. The rubber gets hard, leaks and sometimes will leak due to a split. Its used on my '84 123 and most of the 5 cyl diesels.
If you eliminate the EGR valve for offroad test purposes as many members have done here, you'll have no need for the five way connector.
