Well I assume he meant the regular person.
I've replaced the MB on my laptop, and just replaced the MB on my neighbors laptop.
That one really PO'd me, how could Dell expect 95+ % of the people to be able to do this. Particularly him, he can't fix anything.
Worse, after 2.5 hours, fire it up and it works. WOPPEEEE we were high five'n.
Shut it down, put the battery, and the last couple of covers on and it fails exactly the same as before.
He had to send it Back.
