OK
You have to have V at F15 or the blower woul no run at all.
Take the Feed wire to F15 off the terminal [ Pk/Gn ] and do the same test at that wire.
Ign in Run position.
Do you see the 3 wire terminal connector behind the booster [ on firewall ] ??
