you could always gut the existing carbs and drop throttle body injectors into each one controlled by a megasquirt unit.
I copied these pictures years ago from a TR6 site so cannot credit them as i didnt copy that info. As I remember they gutted both zenith carbs, made an adaptor plate that went between the diapragm cover and the body and dropped in 2 GM TBI's. Once complete and wired they looked original (but 1/2 inch taller and 2 wires coming out of each) here are the pics I copied.
removed the cover, spring and piston
put on the adaptors
drop in the injectors
wire them up
and it all looks original but runs like a modern car
