I am assuming you are running Diesel Fuel.
Loosen the Steel Fuel Injection Lines up by the Injectors. Crank the Engine until you see Fuel comming out of them (within reason, do not overheat your Starter). Tighten them and try to start.
If you did not get Fuel up to the Injectors and it still is not starting I would suspect a restricted Fuel Tank Screen or Fuel Tank Vent (to check this drive without the Fuel Cap on).
I would also get out my Ohm Meter and check you Glow Plugs to make sure they are all working as per the Diesel Giant web site pictorial.
If still not getting Fuel up to the Injectors about the last things left are a problem with the Fuel Supply Pump and a possibility of a Air leak from somewhere like the Hand Primer.
The fact that you have an Electric Fuel Pump hooked up makes me think you are using a alternative Fuel. If so that may be the cause of your restriction as the weather is getting colder and would increase the viscosity of those types of fuel.
